No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once the order has been delivered.
This includes returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with product texture, fragrance, or results

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Personal preferences

All sales are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds will only be considered in very rare cases where:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was shipped by us

In such cases, customers must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue at the moment of opening the parcel.
Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

No Exchanges

Products cannot be exchanged for any other item, size, or variant after purchase.

Damaged / Wrong Product Claims (With Mandatory Video Proof)

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened

  • Photos of the product and outer packaging

  • Order number and customer details

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proof will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Due to Hygiene & Safety

As our products fall under personal care, skincare, and hygiene categories, they cannot be returned due to safety and contamination concerns.
